Here We Go 03:17
How many times I gotta tell you? before I go out of my mind? How many lies I gotta sell you? Before you see it's gonna be fine? Going on like you have won. We've been down this road before. No-one wins in this game of love. I'm not listening to it anymore. Here we go! Headin' on down that track. Still keeping' it slow, but not looking back Talk, talk 'til my throat is sore, Try-in' to make you see. How long do we do this for? Before you listen to me? hear now what I have to say. Just trust there's no more lies. Truth will melt the clouds away. Let the light into our eyes. Here we go! Headin' on down that track. Still keeping' it slow, but not looking back. Not long before we realize, Drivin' down this road is fun. It comes as no surprise, That I'm the only one. How many times you gotta tell me, before you go outta your mind? Won't we both long 'til we will see, everything is gonna be fine. Here we go! Headin' on down that track. Still keeping' it slow, but not looking back

Porch Swing 03:06
Another night, inside of town I see the lights go up as the sun goes down. A silent shrug, a quiet sigh, another change and a lonely alibi. The moving through the dark the walking round the house looking for the spark, I'll never find the cause. The sinking of my heart the moonlight on the floor the sound of the porch swing and the closing of the door. Do you not feel this anymore she said and met my eyes. Or would you let the whole thing fade away without a fight. Never keep your heart held afloat by sighs, the changing of your past with your empty alibis. Never keep your heart held afloat by lies. The changing of your past with your empty alibis. Another day, crawling by, minutes pass like hours when they used they fly. You're gone again, a silent tear. Should be used to it by now that you're not here. Creeping in the night like I don't know you're there. Staying out of sight, retreating down the stairs. The breaking of my heart Can't taken it anymore. The fading footsteps and the slamming of the door. Do you not feel this anymore she said and met my eyes. Or would you let the whole thing fade away without a fight. Never keep your heart held afloat by sighs, the changing of your past with your empty alibis. Never keep your heart held afloat by lies. The changing of your past with your empty alibis. Never keep your heart held afloat by lies. The changing of your past with your empty alibis. Oh you think you're smart, I can see it in your eyes, You're tearing us apart with your empty alibis.

Long Slumber 04:06
I can see in this fading light faces blurred by wavering sight such long slumber wakening tonight. Senses just don't feel the same, thought I heard you call my name. It slipped though my fingers again. I can't feel you anymore, chills my heart right to the core. It all pales to black and white. You can set me free. Won't you set me free. There's still something calling me. Wish that I could make you see. Burying these demons to be free. Hint of sunlight through the clouds, begging me to call out loud. Want to live this new life I have found. I can't feel you anymore, chills my heart right to the core. It all pales to black and white. You can set me free. Won't you set me free.

Hey My Baby 03:31
Walking out past the street lights Wading into the night Never was inclined to heed the warnings, walking through the fields in the fading light. I'm waiting, for the first star to rise. Hey my baby, I was going crazy and I don't mind saying. Hey my baby, I was trying to colour between the lines, Hey my baby, went a little nuts there's no denying. Looking to the sky to see some kind of sign; would you be mine? Freezing, my feet in this snow-bank, turning into the sun. Waiting 'til you pass in your old man's pick-up, slipping and sliding all over my life, I can't stop, what I've begun. Hey my baby, I was going crazy and I don't mind saying. Hey my baby, I was trying to colour between the lines, Hey my baby, went a little nuts there's no denying. Looking to the sky to see some kind of sign; would you be mine? Waiting for the revival, waiting for kingdom come. Sinking into the light, I've narrowed my heart on the run. Hey my baby, I was going crazy and I don't mind saying. Hey my baby, never could skip to the party line, Hey my baby, I was going crazy and I don't mind saying. Hey my baby, can't keep still gotta beat the time. Hey my baby, went a little nuts, it'll drive you crazy. Hey my baby, never could colour between the lines. Hey my baby, it'll mess you up like there's no tomorrow. Hey my baby, looking to the sky to see some kind of sign; would you be mine?

Sleeping now all that lingers is the smell of my smoke, Can't remember what you said last, sure it was some kind of joke. A crooked smile a tender touch, puts my armour to the test. The night flies by to the soundtrack of North by Northwest. I didn't mean to tumble, my footings usually so sure, it wasn't supposed to crumble into this surreal and crazy world. Dusting crops and screaming horns brings a halt to it all, but still you slumber on unaware of my fall. The truck rolls over deaf to all the pain and strife it's caused, too much fogs in the air, the concept has been lost. I didn't mean to stumble, my footings usually so sure. It wasn't meant to crumble into this cruel and crazy world. It once was so simple not a cloud in the sky, the curtains have been pulled back, euphoria has slipped by. The cars go by on main street, the camera reel still whirls, the colour fades to black no more candy, light and swirls. Oh we weren't meant to tumble, the light was there untoward, we supposed to crumble we were to preserver forward. She calls again, the lights go down, and the words ring out togetherness, if you know what I mean. Remember when we first met, you were sounding out my name. You said I was the smartest girl you spent the night with on a train. You said I was the smartest girl you spent the night with on a train.

You brought out the best in me, made me so happy, gave me sight when I couldn't see, help me set my anger free. I could tell you anything, made me less crazy, brought back my voice so I could sing, yah you brought out the best in me. I said as we gazed at the world below, love is something I didn't do. I just want you to know, I think I could have loved you. I'm so glad that we met, we were two of a kind. The kind of love I won't soon forget, a wonderful particle of time. Now you're gone but I won't cry, there's no reason to be sad. I'll cherish you 'til I die, memories made, good-times had. I said as we gazed at the world below, love is something I didn't do. I just want you to know, I think I could have loved you. It's been three years since you went away Life carries on just fine. Despite what all my friends have said, feelings haven't faded with time. I said as we gazed at the world below, love is something I didn't do. I just want you to know, I think I could have loved you.
